Thanks to my girlfriend, who gave me a Kiehl’s gift card for my birthday. And I know exactly what to do with it, I love this new addition to their collection, whipped butter.
Among my favorites is also the midnight recovery serum. Can’t go to bed without a few drops of this magic elixer.
When our second daughter Elle was born, Mia discovered the art of rhyme. Mia Bia, Daddy Baddy, Mommy Bammy, and Ellie Belly. Of course her little sister’s name was the funniest one to rhyme on, so Elliebelly stayed, and since it was too long for daily use, it transformed into Ellebelle. Yesterday, I even heard my husband using it. Hmmm…
This week I found a package from Amsterdam in the mailbox. Someone had sent me a shopping bag of a cute clothing store in Amsterdam, Ellebelle. Thank you for sending this! It makes me happy to know that Ellebelle is actually very fashionable in The Netherlands…
You’ve seen it on bags and shoes, but now you can spend $300 to get in on your toe nails. The snakeskin pedicure!
Manicurist Terri Silacci, who owns a nail salon in Monterery, California, was inspired by her daughter, who brought home a piece of snakeskin from school. For the past six months she has been working on perfecting the process, how to disinfect it, and how to apply it. Instead of using regular nail polish she uses a gel that is supposed to last long and strengthen your natural nails. After one coat she places a custom cut piece of snakeskin on top, then adheres it by layering on a second coat of the nail gel.
Another reason to go visit the West Coast.
